Rotate weekend shifts monthly so David and Emma don’t always cover weekends. Fairness is key to retention.

Customization Tips
- If you open earlier (6 AM), shift morning to 6:00β13:00
- For busy weekends, add a third «mid shift» (10:00β17:00)
- Consider split shifts for staff who prefer working lunch rush only
