Delete your Shifty account

You can delete your account at any time, in the app or by email.

In the app

Open Profile → Account → Delete Account. Make sure you have the latest version of Shifty.

By email

Write to support@shifty-app.com with the subject "Account Deletion Request" from the email on your account, or tell us that email and your team name. We will delete your account and let you know.

What is deleted

• Your profile: name, email, phone number and photo
• The teams you manage, with their schedules, shifts and requests
• Your shifts, assignments, time-off and swap requests, and availability
• Your team memberships

What is kept

• Messages you sent in team chats and private conversations stay visible to the people in those chats. To remove a message, delete it in the chat before you delete your account.
• Your sign-in record (the email or Apple/Google ID you signed in with). If you want it removed too, email us.
• Purchase records kept by Apple, Google Play or Paddle under their own rules.
• Copies in our backups, for a limited period before they are overwritten.
