Delete Your Account

We respect your privacy and your right to delete your data. If you would like to delete your account and all associated data from Shifty, please follow the instructions below.

What data will be deleted

When your account is deleted, the following data will be permanently removed:

• Your profile information (name, email, phone number)
• Team memberships and shift history
• Swap requests, drop requests, and time-off requests
• Availability preferences
• Push notification tokens and device information

Deletion timeline

Your data will be fully deleted within 30 days of receiving your request. Some data may persist in encrypted backups for up to 90 days, after which it will also be removed.

How to request deletion

• The email or name associated with your account
• Your team name (if you remember it)

We will confirm receipt of your request and notify you once deletion is complete.
