What happens after the free trial?
Your schedule becomes read-only. Everything you built stays in place and everyone can still see it — you just can't create, assign or edit shifts until you subscribe to Pro. Nothing is deleted and nothing is charged automatically, because we never took a card.
Is there a limit on how many employees I can schedule?
No — on the trial or on Pro. Pro is priced per team, not per employee, so adding people never changes what you pay.
Do I need a credit card to start?
No. The trial starts with your account and asks for nothing. You only enter payment details if you decide to subscribe.
Can I switch between monthly and yearly?
Yes — you can switch plans from your billing settings. Prorated credit is applied automatically.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, and bank-based methods in select countries.
Are there discounts for non-profits or schools?
