Terms of Service

Acceptance of terms

By using Shifty (the "Service") provided by SARAFAN LLC, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

Account

  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and for all activity under it.
  • Provide accurate information and keep it up to date.
  • You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

Use of the service

  • Use Shifty only for lawful purposes.
  • Do not attempt to disrupt the service, reverse engineer, or abuse the app.
  • Team content (schedules, roles, requests) is your responsibility.

Subscriptions and billing

  • Shifty offers a free plan and paid Pro subscriptions on a monthly or annual basis. Current pricing is listed on our pricing page.
  • Web subscriptions are billed through Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Paddle handles billing, applicable taxes, and refunds on our behalf.
  • iOS subscriptions are billed through Apple via the App Store. Apple's terms apply to those purchases.
  • Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled.
  • You may cancel anytime from your billing settings. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current period.
  • We may change pricing with at least 30 days' notice for existing subscribers. Continued use after a price change constitutes acceptance.

New web subscriptions are eligible for a 14-day money-back guarantee. See our Refund Policy for the full terms.

Changes and availability

We may update features, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, abuse the service, or fail to pay fees. You may close your account at any time by contacting support.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, Shifty is provided "as is" and SARAFAN LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of data, revenue, or business opportunity.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan. Disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Tashkent, Uzbekistan.
