Our commitment
We want you to be fully satisfied with Shifty. If something doesn't work for you, we will issue a refund according to the policy below.
14-day money-back guarantee
- New web subscriptions are eligible for a full refund within 14 days of the initial purchase.
- No questions asked — simply email support@shifty-app.com from the email used at signup.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
Subscription renewals
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually) until cancelled.
- You can cancel anytime from your billing settings — cancellation stops future renewals.
- Refunds for accidental renewals can be requested within 7 days of the renewal charge.
- For annual plans, partial refunds for unused months may be considered case by case.
How to request a refund
- Email support@shifty-app.com from the email address associated with your Shifty account.
- Include the date of purchase and reason for refund (optional but helps us improve).
- We will respond within 1 business day and process eligible refunds within 5-10 business days.
Exceptions
Refunds are not granted in the following cases:
- Requests made more than 14 days after the initial purchase (or 7 days after a renewal).
- Accounts in violation of our Terms of Service.
- iOS subscriptions purchased through the App Store — those are managed by Apple. Request a refund from Apple.
Payment processor
Web payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. All refunds for web subscriptions are issued through Paddle.
